$150 a month. 3-month commitment, then month to month. We handle hosting, SSL, daily backups, security monitoring, and performance checks.

- The build is free. We just ask that you cover hosting ($150 a month) for 3 months so you can see what a well-built site optimized for SEO and AI search does for your business. Your commitment is just 3 months.
- You own your domain and your content. Keep the domain in your name.
- Cancel and the site comes down. Put your old site back up or buy the code from us. We quote that when you ask.
- Standard scope is 5 to 10 pages. Online stores, portals, and integrations are quoted separately.
- Most sites launch in 2 to 4 weeks once we have your content and feedback.

Why would you give away a $2,500 website?
It's our way of giving back. Chamber members are our neighbors, and Dalton is a member too. We want to show local businesses what a modern, SEO and AI-search optimized website can do, and there's no better proof than building one for a member in our own community.
What happens if I stop hosting?
After 3 months of hosting with us, you're free to move on. We can take the site down so you can go back to your old one, or you can buy the code from us and hand it to another agency. You keep your domain and your content either way.
Can I update the site myself?
You don't have to. We handle all of the updates. Send us any addition or change and we make it the same day, at no extra cost. If your content changes all the time, we can connect the site to a CMS so you can edit it yourself.
Will people be able to find the site on Google and AI search?
Yes. Every site is built optimized for SEO and AI search from the start: clean code, fast load times, proper page titles and descriptions, structured data, and content written so Google and tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity can understand and recommend your business. Ongoing SEO work is separate if you want to push rankings further.
What if I need more than a standard site?
The free build is a standard business site, usually 5 to 10 pages. If you need something bigger like an online store or a customer portal, just tell us what you're after and we'll put a quote together before we start anything.
